At Skill Dragon, we strive to provide the highest quality e-learning experience. However, if you are unsatisfied with your course purchase, we offer the following refund policy.

1. Refund Eligibility

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

• To be eligible for a refund, the course must not have been completed or more than 25% of the course content accessed.

• Refunds are not available for promotional or discounted courses.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at contact.skilldragon@gmail.com with your purchase details and reason for the refund. We will process your request within 5 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Refunds will not be issued for completed courses or if the refund request is made after the 7-day window.

• Course bundles, memberships, and subscriptions are non-refundable.​

Skill Dragon reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date."
